Damsel is seen holding up the main character with a shotgun at the trailer and it remains to be seen whether she will be friend or foe. It was up to the player whether they wanted to side with the Prince, the Anarchs, or ignore both factions and act for their own interests.
Paradox Interactive has held a digital event called Paradox Insider, which revealed new information about games like Crusader Kings III and Empire of Sin. A trailer was released for Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 that ended with the reveal of the fan-favorite character returning to the game, which can now be seen on the Paradox Interactive YouTube channel. In the original Bloodlines, Damsel was a member of the Anarch faction, who were trying to overthrow the rulership of Prince LaCroix. Paradox Interactive has previously confirmed that characters from Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines would be returning for the sequel, but it wasn't clear who would be brought back.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 will use a different setting from the original game, as it will be based in Seattle around Christmas time, while the original Bloodlines was based in L.A. The Kindred of Los Angeles are making the journey to Seattle, as Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2is bringing a fan-favorite character back for the sequel, in the form of Damsel the Anarch.
